Chris was responsive and was able to get the job done right. He reviewed any issues that arose and explained my options. I have used him again and again for all my electrical needs.
Chris and Berchock does awesome work, great communication, arrived on time, fixed several things in my place from installing thermostats to replacing outlets. Really good fair pricing as well. Will definitely use again for electrical work and recommend to others.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We ONLY charge hourly for troubleshooting. Everything else is by the task so there is no question on pricing. We always give a worst case scenario on price and rarely ever go over.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We arrange a meeting, discuss options both for the work to be done, and payment/ invoicing. We agree to all terms and discuss our general background.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
18 years experience, master license. Went to trade school and have tens of thousands of hours in field experience.
