Giron's Limousine Service

I got my quote on Thumbtack from Mirna and called her within a few weeks to confirm details. Daniel and Mirna were very nice over the phone in handling my needs. They even called from their mobile phones when their business phone upgrades encountered failure (not their fault). Our driver, Steven was prompt to arrive and started shuttling guests for my backyard wedding. Everyone said it was a nice and comfortable white bus- I didn't see or ride on it because I was the bride and busy getting ready. I heard from guests that Steven also was able to navigate the narrow street when folks errantly started parking along it, and worked with my groomsman who was redirecting guests to the designated parking lots nearby. All of my guests liked the white bus and said it was very comfortable and they could enjoy the fall foliage while traveling to our house.

The driver was very friendly and accommodating, took us to DC from Baltimore. Party bus for 20 people was kind of tight, would have liked a pole on the bus, but, overall nice bus. However smooth ride. Great service!!!

Danny was fantastic! Our family had so much fun and he was so great to put up with the small kids and even bigger ones. Thank you so much for a wonderful evening!

Drivers were really nice, so THANK YOU Danny & Tito, but ever never ever would I book with Giron again. Long story short...after multiple communications, all documented and saved, of what I wanted, I am informed THE DAY OF MY EVENT (bc I called...not the other way around) my entire reservation is incorrect! First, the limo for drop is not available by the time it was supposed to so we had to pull up to a formal event in a party bus instead of hummer limo I was promised, then the party bus I had for later was not the one I requested nor was the time frame I asked for the party bus placed in the reservation. The lady who booked this, Mirna, who also turns out to be the owner of the company, was out of town so I had to come out of my pocket an extra $100 (which was talked down from being told it would have been $250) THE DAY OF MY EVENT bc of what is assumed as a mistake on her part!! Who does this...what type of business operates like that especially when there are multiple written documents sent to mirna of exactly what I wanted, from Thumbtack to emails (which i have them all). My first email to draw up the contract lays everything right out of what I wanted. And the entire time from the moment I booked with the company, communication was horrible. I called and emailed multiple times to receive confirmation that my first deposit was paid which I NEVER RECEIVED. After final payment, again I contacted them multiple times for a receipt which I finally received after about 4 tries via phone and email. I had to send something to remind them to also send me my receipt for the extra $100 I had to pay. Totally unacceptable and I will never fall prey to this company again. Documents below so there should have been no misunderstanding
