We teach public classes in Stevensville but are happy to travel to your business or office. Anywhere in the Maryland/DC/Delaware areas. We also cover much of Virginia.
We offer personalized training, in a casual and friendly atmosphere! Additionally, we provide quakity equipment for our students including excellent AED trainers. We provide certification through the American Heart Association or Health and Safety Institute, and cards are issued at the time of class!
We love teaching folks important life saving skills. We know each of our students is ready to respond in an emergency.
AVERT- Active Assailant Training is our newest offering and it has been received with OVERWHELMING support.
Don't forget we teach ACLS, PALS, BLS, CPR, First Aid, Wilderness First Aid and Babysitter classes.

Our group received CPR and FirstAidtraining with Kevin and it was an extremely informative and hands on experience. Kevin answered all our questions and gave us great coaching during the exercises. Highly recommend for first timers and experienced groups.

"Keep the Beat" CPR and FirstAidtraining had many days and times available. I signed up online and was able to take the class and be certified the next day. I took an all-in-one type class and saved some $ as well, compared to other locations I had been searching. Josh was an excellent instructor, loud and clear enough that we didn't have to ask him to repeat anything. The class seemed easy and fun. I left smiling.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on many things:
How many people do you need trained? Our prices get better, the more we train!
Do you need basic CPR, or Healthcare level?
Do you need First Aid in addition to CPR?
Where are you located? Do we need to come to you? Or, can you come to us? If you join one of our public classes at our office, cost is $75 for BLS (healthcare provider) or Basic CPR and $100 for CPR combined with First Aid. Pricing is much better for groups! The bigger your group, the cheaper it is per person!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After reviewing the quote the customer will make email or phone contact to schedule a date. The customer is then provided a written proposal. Once that proposal is signed, we confirm the booking as a signed contract. Booking a class is VERY easy and takes just a few minutes. We are very flexible with our dates and times.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each of our instructors have many years of experience as EMTs or Paramedics. Our instructor re-certify their credentials every two years. Our lead instructor is a BLS Training Center Faculty member and providers monitoring and oversight for our cadre of instructors, ensuring a high level of instruction is provided at every class.
