I believe in fair, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Every project is different, so I provide customized quotes based on the scope of work. I also offer competitive rates, package deals for multiple services, and discounts for repeat customers, seniors, and veterans. My goal is to deliver high-quality results at a price that works for your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer reaches out, I start by discussing the project details to fully understand their needs and expectations. From there, I provide an upfront estimate and explain the steps involved so there are no surprises. Once we agree on the scope and price, I schedule the work at a time that’s most convenient for the customer. Throughout the process, I maintain clear communication and ensure the job is completed efficiently, cleanly, and to the highest quality standards.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years of hands-on experience in the handyman and home improvement field, working on both residential and commercial projects. Over the years, I’ve trained extensively in areas such as painting, furniture assembly, TV mounting, junk removal, and general repairs. My background in construction has also given me the skills to handle jobs safely, efficiently, and with professional results. I stay up to date with the latest tools and techniques to make sure every project is done right the first time.
