- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We keep our pricing as low as we can, but also need to make enough to operate a business that can be trusted to back up their work for years to come.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule an in-home appointment that's convenient for them. Walk through the job and answer any questions, make suggestions based on our expertise, and provide a proposal. Whether we are hired or not, we will still continue to answer any questions and offer recommendations. if we are hired, then we will schedule the work around their schedule and make sure the job is complete to their, and our, satisfaction.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
my father was in the flooring business. He started refinishing floors in 1954... I started working with him in 1977.
