Our water heater recently went out and we contacted RBN Solutions. So glad we did! They came out, gave us a quote – our hot water heater was installed the same day – no waiting. And the best part – the price was reasonable.
Punctual, excellent customer service, neat, very respectful of our home and
the tech was very knowledgeable. I received a $50 coupon for my next
service.

My thermostat was reading the incorrect room temperature. I contacted RBN and someone came out the same day. The thermostat was non repairable and I was able to purchase another thermostat from RBN. Not only did the tech install a new thermostat but he ensured I knew how to operate the new thermostat. Highly recommended.

My overall experience with RBN SolutionsI was great. I had the pleasure of Mr. Keith's HVAC services on 11/03/2023 to repair my heater system when my house was a chilly 63 degrees. Mr. Keith exhibited excellent professionalism by promptly notifying me of his arrival, and he maintained punctuality throughout. His demeanor was respectful and courteous. Upon arrival, Mr. Keith efficiently assessed the issue and swiftly resolved it. I'm delighted to report that our heating system was up and running within minutes of his arrival. This has brought immense comfort to my household, as my house's temperature increased from 63 to a cozy 76 degrees almost instantly. Thanks to Mr. Keith's expertise, my family and I are no longer reliant on portable heaters or wearing coats indoors. I'm genuinely grateful for his prompt and effective service, and I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of HVAC assistance.
