I noticed bees underneath my door frame so I called Beta, Ahmad got back to me immediately like seconds. And are able to get to my house in 30 minutes the same day. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He confirmed me that is yellow jacket and according to the amount bee flying in and out, it is a tiny nest and in a very early stage. He put the dust in and is trying to wait for bees to get out, but unfortunately no bees were flying out. Ahmad said they may all stacked inside and was able to put extra dust and wait extra time. One thing I am extremely concerned is if no bees go out, and we close the gap, the bees inside will get even further and get through to my house. Ahmad is patient and guaranteed that since it is a very tiny group, the dust will kill them all within 48 hours and there is no way the bees inside will get through and get into my house drywall frame. At last, Ahmad filled the gaps underneath my door frame and even helped me filled the other side to make sure I don’t need to worry about it in the future. Awesome service and fix problem very quick.

Ahmad of Beta was punctual, knowledgeable and professional. He listened and ascertained the issues. Then he located likely points of entry and pesticide and entry point barriers. He has scheduled follow-ups to confirm the remedies are working. Beta is highly recommended.

Ahmad was very quick to respond to my inquiry and came the very next day, which was a relief because the bug problem was becoming worse by the day. He was thorough and explained everything well. He actually cared to solve the problem vs just do a job. I appreciate it! I posted before photos to show the problem. It already feels improved after a few hours.
