What a lovely guy! Les did a great job - he was patient with me as I showed him around the house and all the little cracks and crevices. He then explained the chemicals he would use and how they work. He was friendly, efficient and did not use any scare-mongering tactics. It was clear that he would not recommend treatment if it was not needed. I have not seen any cockroaches since he visited. I would highly recommend him.

Les was wonderful. He came to us on a sweltering Saturday in spite of having already put in a full day's work, and spent two hours addressing our problem, which is completely solved. He was gracious and friendly, apologized repeatedly for spreading a tiny bit of dust (which he couldn't possibly have avoided while crawling around in our basement looking for every possible problem, and which he fastidiously brushed outside at every opportunity). He stuck to his very low estimate even though he stayed much longer than we'd expected, and even tried to give us a discount because the help he gave us was more diagnosis than treatment (we declined the discount and gave him the full amount, which was a bargain). We recommend him 100%.

The day I put up a quote my guy pest professional had a very quick response and then he followed up with a prep sheet and a ton of questions. lol but Mr les was very professional when he called me about my situation that i was experiencing at first i thought the pricing was a little high until he came out and performed' I had no complaints he also educated me with some other problems i was experiencing in the home and how i can rectify the problem. I hired him for my moms unit and for my job ad recommended him to a couple of co-workers they all love his work....good job les...looking forward to working with you in the future...
