We received outstanding service for our natural gas boiler. It’s an older system that just needed some maintenance and TLC, but two other firms didn’t want to deal with it. Carroll came out quickly, easily did the maintenance, explained everything in great detail, and clearly know their stuff. I will be switching all our annual maintenance to them for both the boiler and our central HVAC system.

I had an excellent experience with Carroll Mechanical today. Our technician, Josh Glatz, was outstanding from start to finish. He showed up on time, quickly diagnosed why the heat was not working, and explained the issue clearly. Josh discovered that the return and supply valves were shut off and immediately restored heat once he opened them. He also performed a thorough inspection of the system, checked temperatures, reviewed the hydronic heating setup, and identified a failing blower capacitor before it caused a bigger problem. His attention to detail and professionalism were impressive. Josh took the time to walk me through everything he found, what needed attention, and what could wait. He did not try to upsell anything unnecessary, just honest and high quality work. Based on today’s visit, I am very confident in Carroll Mechanical and will continue using them for maintenance going forward. If you get Josh as your technician, you are in great hands.
