- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
HVAC Service Pricing We believe in clear, honest, and upfront pricing so you always know what to expect: Standard Labor Rate: $125 per hour Service Call / Diagnostic Fee: A 1-hour minimum charge ($125) applies to all service visits. This initial hour is used to fully inspect your system and diagnose the issue. Upfront Estimates: Once the problem is identified, we provide a clear estimate for the repair so you can approve the work before anything begins. Additional Labor: After the first hour, labor is billed in 15-minute increments at $31.25 per increment (¼ of the hourly rate). Emergency / After-Hours Rate: $175 per hour, with a 1-hour minimum. Parts & Materials: Not included in labor and will be added based on the specific repair or installation. Our goal is to keep the process simple and transparent—no hidden fees, just reliable service you can trust We offer free estimates on system replacements!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I start by listening to your concerns and asking a few questions to understand the issue. Then I perform a full inspection of your HVAC system to diagnose the problem. Once I know what’s going on, I explain everything clearly and go over your options with upfront pricing. After you approve the work, I complete the job efficiently and make sure everything is running properly before I leave. My goal is to make the process simple, honest, and stress-free from start to finish.
