Short version - this company performed improper repairs on our roof, and has now ghosted us after indicating they would repair the internal damage caused by said improper repairs. Details - Received a quote from Franklin Remodeling to repair a roof leak and perform a ‘roof tune-up’. One of the leaks was around an existing skylight, and after repairs, the leak was worse than before, causing extensive interior flooding, and damage to ceiling and drywall. My contact, Andy, and I exchanged multiple text messages detailing the situation, and it took several visits from his crews to fix the original leak. Andy also assured me that they would take care of the interior damage, then with no warning, stopped responding to my messages to find out when someone would come out to address the damage. My wife has tried to call him, and has left voice messages, which he has not responded to. We are left now with water damaged ceiling and walls in our kitchen. Given my experience, I would never hire this unprofessional organization again, nor would I recommend then to anyone.
