FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be as fair as possible, I’m actually kind of paranoid about feeling that I overcharged or underperformed for someone so I really aim to do my best for the right price so I can sleep at night lol.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know them, understanding their needs, and ensuring I have what it takes to meet those needs, and above all just being honest and truthful. If I don’t know I’ll say so, and I’ll either figure it out or go to someone who does.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a wide background in technology. I have held computer certifications, and am a bit of a well known personality in the world of high end audio and home theater. I’ve designed systems, installed them, serviced them, etc… as for handyman work and small engines/equipment it’s a skill I’ve learned across my whole life. My family was the type that almost never called anyone for help. We learned how and did it ourselves. A lot of that learning came from friends and coworkers who were pros in their fields as well.
