I was trying to plan a small dinner for my husband's birthday- with just him, me, and my toddler (3YO). Chef Daniel was very patient with my inability to decide on the menu. He was very responsive and gave me several options to choose from. On the night of the dinner, he was also very punctual and had the best temperament. It felt like a friend was cooking for us. He catered to the needs of my toddler and had alternatives for her in terms of spice levels and the menu itself. He made enough food for second servings although I was full with the appetizers. He does not skimp on the quantity! He explained every dish. He nicely stocked all the leftovers in our fridge at the end of the night. Highly recommended!!!
