Introduction

I work for the home buyer, not the buyers agent. Some company's will over look some items during a home inspection to obtain more business from the agent. I also have 25 years experience in the mechanical/ construction fields. I familiarize each customer with there new home and provide them with information to up keep the most expensive purchase they will make. I love explaining how things operate in a home. Showing which items needs regular maintenance, and provide a life long customer service.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is simple, up to 2000 sq ft $295.00 price increase for every 500 sq after that. Ancillary items such as mold, radon, water analysis are standard.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes each state requires continuing education to maintain your license.
