I recently hired Rashaad for a private dinner to celebrate my 5th wedding anniversary. The food was amazing and delicious. Rashaad is also extremely professional and courteous. I will be using him again in the future and definitely recommend him to anyone whose looking for a caterer.

At the celebration of our 57th wedding anniversary Grind Times prepared a brunch for our celebration. I appreciated the way it was set-up and presented to our guests and the food was great. Everything was hot and delicious. Would definitely use his services again.

His food was absolutely delicious. He is very professional, set up the stations where the food remained hot. Cooked extras just to make sure we had enough food for our guest, and he didn’t charge us extra. I will definitely be using him again.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Pricing is often based upon a per plate basis, the food that needs to be purchased for their event and the seasonings needed also. Service fees are for the Chef, It pays the chef for the time used to shop for the guest event, the gas & mileage used, & the time it takes to prep/cook for the guest event.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Brainstorm with the guest and see what ideas they have far as in menu preferences

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Well with EVERY job I’ve had in the past each one always had trainings far as Knife skills, Proper food storage, Cooking techniques etc etc. Also I am Serve Safe Certified & I do have a Food Handlers License also.
