The instructor is extremely knowledgeable and not only provides what is needed for certification but also provides useful practical skills and information. The instructor is very flexible and will accommodate your schedule.

She cancelled the original appointment 30 minutes before the appointment was supposed to start. Rescheduled for the next day at the same time and never showed up to that appointment. Something about a dentist appointment for her husband. A week later she apologized about being too busy and said We could schedule any day but Wednesday. Had an appointment scheduled for a Tuesday. Didn’t show. What is that 3-4 missed appointments?! After weeks of trying to contact this person, I’m leaving this review. I truly wish people like this wouldn’t waste time servicing the public. My experience was abhorrent and inexcusable. I see that she is online right now and is not responding to messages here or texts/calls. Unprofessional for no reason at all.
