I had a new kitchen faucet installed (replaced old one), they returned contact for my request within the hour. I had the pleasure of meeting Joe who performed the install. At first I was concerned that I may have purchased the incorrect size but we made it work and now everything looks and works great. Joe communicated with me and professionally took care of the job. Would use them again for any future plumbing needs.

Had a basement ejector pump go out on me. Water overflowing into basement. Submitted job late at night. Responded right away. Was out the next day to diagnose. Actually took the time to troubleshoot instead of just going straight to “bad pump.” Checked power, for clogs, and for function before determining the pump was dead. Pump ordered, installed, and working great the day after. Project resolved in 36 hours. And it was a rental property so all communications were through the app as I couldn’t be on site due to work. Easy process, fast, and reasonably priced. Adams was the right team for the job.
