Alex was excellent to work with. The original job was simple in scope - exchange 5-7 3 way toggle switches so that they were working properly (ie you could turn them on or off from either location regardless of their position at the second location), A job that Alex had allotted four hours for. However when Alex Started working, he discovered some very faulty/dangerous wiring. He immediately alerted me and let me know that he could not leave the wiring as is. He canceled his other appointment that day and stayed over 8 hours to make sure our wiring was corrected and that no danger remained. He and his helper were polite, diligent, and knowledgeable. I will be using Alex again.

I was on a very tight time crunch because my closing got pushed back. Alex was super clear about what they were going to do, he fixed extra things around the house as he noticed them, and the price was really great overall for painting an entire townhome. Alex's crew worked long hours and left everything clean. They worked hard to accommodate my (crazy) schedule and did an amazing job - my house looks beautiful!

Outstanding work. If you are ever looking for a contractor that takes pride in providing quality work, Alex is your contractor. I am a perfectionist and I demand quality work. He explained everything in detailed guaranteeing that we are on the same sheet of music, always making sure everything is up to code and very flexible if design changes are needed. He also has fair and reasonable cost. He did such an Outstanding job on my basement, we are hiring him for other house projects. He is your MAN!

The Guzman Contracting team recently complya bathroom remodel. Alex and his team were great. The Guzman team were always polite, on time, very clean, professional and delivered a great end product. Alex spent time walking through the contract, provided daily status reports and a description of what he planned to accomplish every day. He also met with us to discuss our expectations regarding the floor design and shower stall. In addition, Alex ensure that no trash was left around the worksite. He took time to prep the house for the job and time to clean up daily to ensure that not even normal dust that comes from a remodel was present. The team immediately notified issues and provided pictures and provided a through description of what needed to be done to resolve the issue. Guzman Contractors are very maticulous about his work and ensuring he stays writhing the cost of the job. We have recommended him to several people because of the excellent experience Alex and the Guzman Contracting staff provided .

Alex is a FANTASTIC contractor..an absolute professional!. He treats every project with the same care he would give to his own home. He just completed my parents kitchen renovation and it's BEAUTIFUL! Over the years he has built our deck, painted the house interior and exterior, and various other small projects. We learned a lot about quality products and why it's important to pay for quality.
