Tony was very prompt both for the site visit to provide a proposal and to perform the work. The job was to clean out our front stoop outside the front door. We live in a basement of a rowhouse and needed a wooden landing removed, the concrete slab and walls to be cleaned, and the drain to be snaked and tested. I came home and the front entryway was put back as if no one was there and the whole area was very clean. All of the wooden planks from the landing and accumulated dirt and debris were removed with out a trace. I would hire them again.

I needed a fancy kitchen exhaust fan mounted and vented through an exterior masonry wall, a fireplace hearth with missing tile repaired and a old tile floor in an enclosed sunroom painted. Tony gave me a fair quote and payment terms. Tony and his workers were punctual, provided excellent workmanship, and completed all 3 jobs on schedule. I would definitely hire again.

Tony was the project manager on my total home renovation, which encompassed 4 floors from a basement dig out all the way to multiple roof decks. We chose high quality materials and wanted to restore some of the historic features of our circa 1900 row home to blend with the feel of a newly renovated home. After 11 months of work, Tony was not only our PM, but also my counselor and design consultant. He did a great job managing our expectations while managing the crew and delivering an exceptional renovation.

Tony and his crew were communicative, thoughtful, and understanding of our budget. He even fixed a few things that we didn't realize we're broken. My only regret is that we worked with pricier and less helpful people before we met Tony.

Tony has been fantastic so far. He's very responsive, does quality work for reasonable prices, and is eager to please. His common refrain is: "I want to make you happy." So far he's made us very happy. He's tackled a variety of projects, from minor electrical work to replacing floors, and everything has been done professionally and efficiently. I'd recommend Tony and his team to anyone.
