I really was not happy with the delivery of service. Save your money and buy what you want to go in your home and pay for the labor elsewhere. I had a bathroom remodel or should a say a half remodel. Not all walls were tore out or as one person mentioned below gutted, I didnt get that. I felt like the work was good but not worth the high price. Mediocre was what was delivered but superb is what was pitched by Steve. Steve talks a good game but really is not a good businessman. I thought that through the reviews and pictures that this company would be really good but it was a big disappointment. I had hopes of doing future projects with Safa Interiors but after the experience I had no. Never again.

My requirement, remove bathtub and move toilet over to install and enlarge to shower area. SAFA added that the bump out at the back of the shower could be removed and the shower would be wider; upgrade the single shower head to a larger shower head along with a handheld shower sprayer that included a diverter (the owner of the company provided me a tutorial on how the diverter switch worked); frameless shower door; remove the linoleum flooring and replace with matching tile selected for the shower area; and upgrade the vanity top. Bonus, if given the business they would tile the laundry room flooring at no additional cost. The price SAFA presented was $6K less given from their competitors. Also, I felt uncomfortable with leaving strangers in my home, SAFA ensured me that they men could be trusted, SAFA stated that the men will come in and go straight up the steps to the hall bathroom and nowhere else. I arrived home to discover a rusted toaster on the kitchen (the men left their toaster) counter; and once I received a text telling me and not asking, they used my microwave!The bathroom was completely gutted out I noticed the bump out in the back was still there, I contacted SAFA and was told due constructional requirement that bump out must remain; and the toilet connection is still in the same location. SAFA stated that they had to leave it there and that the shower is going to be huge. Had I known the toilet was not going to be relocated this whole this project would have been null and void. I had issues with the quality of the threshold and tarnishing railings. It appears to be a bait and switch on me.After the completion of the bathroom minus the frameless shower door and tiling on laundry room flooring, I arrived home from work and discovered water on the kitchen floor, I followed the water path and discovered water was flowing from the upstairs bathroom down into the dining room and down into the basement. The pipes in the cornered dining room celling came apart and the water flooded the dining room, kitchen flooring and celling, and of my basement (the drywall completely collapse on to furnishing and electronics. The water destroyed dining room, kitchen, and of the basement, carpeting and hardwood flooring. I called SAFA immediately, SAFA sent over a representative and the only thing he did was informed me by saying, Ms., you have a lot of water in your house. The owner called me and stated that he will be at my first thing the next day. The owner of SAFA walks thru and return to me and said that I will replace everything; carpeting, wood flooring, destroyed furnishings, everything. Due to his previous lies and strong text messages between the two of us, I just said I need your insurance information and he said no. I escorted him to the door. SAFA Interiors refused to provide their insurance information. The plumber who made the repairs stated that SAFA installers failed to secure the pipes. I filed a claim with MHIC and a Hearing was scheduled. At the hearing, SAFA Interiors told lies during questioning by all attorneys (including his): The owner of SAFA stated he was present during the reno, I never saw him on the camera; MHIC asked about a pipe under the flooring that could be connected to a diverter, SAFA stated that they installed one showerhead and they installed one large showerhead with hand sprayer with a DIVERTER; SAFA stated that the bathroom floor was tiled and the flooring was builders grade linoleum as they upgraded the flooring to matching tile to the shower. I was told how much was needed to get started and throughout the whole process, SAFA kept asking me for more money (I need more money from you). I almost paid more than needed until I told him that was it, he wanted me to pay all minus $500. I said to him I never heard of having pay the balance minus $500 before the work is completed. From my experience, SAFA interiors lies and is untrustworthy.
