- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rates starts at $250. Our rates are based on total sqft, and the type of wallpaper you would like installed, not just area being wallpapered; Windows, and doors, outlets, fixtures, and any area within the area being covered is calculated in your square footage. Why? Windows, doors, etc., require special cuts. For example, the window may not be wallpapered but it will require 8 intricate cuts that require additional time and very meticulous care. Bathrooms, Sunrooms, Hallways are priced higher than a regular accent wall or room because of the many intricate cuts which require more time. Additionally, we do not price match quotes or estimates. Designer Walls by KIKOU stands firm on their value and pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. The customer first provides the total width and height of the space they would like to wallpaper, The type of room, The type of wallpaper they want installed, Photos of your space (optional but helpful). 2. We respond with the cost of installation. 3. If interested we schedule for your desired installation date and time and see you then.
