My experience with Erica was phenomenal! She gave me a natural soft glam look. She chose the perfect complimentary tones for my skin and the makeup didn't feel or look heavy/ cakey at all. I still looked like myself. This may seem like an odd thing to mention, but I've seen videos where the before and after look like completely different people. So I appreciated Erica accentuating my features instead of creating new ones. I was able to wear my makeup all day without it transferring onto my clothes. Washing it off at night was easy, although it made me a little sad because it was so beautiful.
I don't know if other makeup artist prepare their concepts for clients beforehand, but I love that she pre-planned. It definitely made me feel valued and reassured me that I came to the right person. This was my first experience having makeup done professionally, and Erica exceeded my expectations. I highly doubt I'd consider scheduling an appointment with anyone else and look forward to working with her again.
I would also like to clarify I consider responsiveness and punctuality a part of professionalism.

I been getting service from Erica for about 15 years and she is always on time and value me as her client I feel like i have such a great experience all the the time . She is so professional alway on time its a pleasure knowing Erica and having her as my Make up Artist.

I sent Erica a pic of the look I wanted and oh my goodness my makeup turned out much better than what I envisioned. A bonus, she gave me some tips about daily makeup regime as she did my makeup!!
