Tiera was super kind and responsive. There were a few tweaks I wanted made and she adjusted really well. Tiera did a great job and I looked and felt amazing during my baby shower! I didn’t want to take my makeup off!

Tiera accepted my appointment 48 hrs prior to my company's video shoot. She was responsive and highly communicative prior to the appointment. Meeting her face to face, she has great energy and understands how to make a lasting impression - e.g. prepared, great conversationalist, quick, and knowledgeable about the latest make up trends. Tiera did a "natural beat" for my video shoot and she nailed it. Any post adjustments were minor. The mini touch up kit was a "treat" and helps this artist stand out from the rest. If I could leave 10 stars, I would! This experience was definitely a positive one. I booked last minute for a wedding party and we didn't know what to expect. We were all pleased and the work was amazing. If I'm in the area again, she'll be my go to! I appreciate the professional demeanor in which she communicates and let's not forget, our makeup was flawless!

Tiera did my makeup for a professional headshot at work and did a fabulous job. I wanted a soft glam look that still looked polished on camera and she delivered. She also did my hair (curls) so everything really came together. It was great!

Tiera was an absolute pleasure to work with! She was prompt/punctual! Tiera was very warm, pleasant, and professional. She listened very carefully to my needs and preferences for the outcome I desired all while taking my complexion and skin type into consideration. I was looking for a natural look, matte finish, that masked dark circles w/out looking or feeling heavy and caked on. The end result was spectacular, flawless, and not overdone. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing i usually ask a new customer is, what do you not like about makeup? I ask this question first to know what we can cancel out in the beginning so that i wont use that product on the client. Second i ask if they a have any skin concerns and if they have a particular look in mind that they want.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked with Clinique as a business manager where i was trained and received a certification in skincare and makeup application. I am also an Accredited makeup consultant. I have attended many seminars, trainings and classes learning new tips and tricks about makeup.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up in a family full of women. As a little girl ive always loved everything about glam. As i got older my mom allowed me to do my own hair and dress myself. When i got to 6th grade i snuck and wore blue eyeshadow and lipgloss in my picture and i have been in love with makeup since. I taught myself how to do makeup and i would always do my family and friends makeup. Its always been in my blood. Its not a job for me because its something that i can do so naturally, without effort. Making woman feel good about themselves is the highlight of my job.
