What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
pricing is subject to change$450.00 Administration Fee. 8 percent of the rent. Tenant Placement 1st Months rent.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
once a client contacts me we discuss the details of the property. After the initial contact I will send over my management agreement once we sign the agreement and all Fees are collected I will immediately put the property in my portal to start working on the day day operations of managing the property.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 18 years experience in Commercial and Residential Management.
