Mr. Moore came to my house and did an estimate. We agreed on the price. Mr. Moore stated he would try and get to me on a Tuesday or Wednesday of the same week the estimate was done.
Wednesday came and Mr. Moore stated he would not be able to get to me until next week (The following Tuesday). That was fine. No problem.
So as the day goes on late into the evening, Mr. Moore sends me text stating at 8:30pm on MONDAY, the day BEFORE he is to start the project, that my project is not a good fit.
Well shouldn't he have known that before he booked me the WEEK BEFORE?
He may do good work, I really don't know. I didn't see it. However his customer service skill suck! So it would probably be ANYONES belief and conclusion that his work can't be to far from the customer service that was shown.
He was very persistent of me paying half although I was supplying all the materials. Humm. That was questionable.
Use this guy with caution. It may start well, but don't be surprised at the end if he becomes a no show on your small project. He chases the BIGGER BUCKS so have lots of cash because this guy requires HALF.
Things do happen for a reason. Moving on.

This customer didn't make a deposit and wanted a rush job. she said she was going out town next week and didn't want to do a deposit. she asked me to do the job first on a hurry. we don't do rush jobs and I offered to do the job upon her return. in Maryland if you dont put money down you dont have a contract 1\3 down is the state rules. she said she doesn't do business that way so we dont have a contract. it wasnt a good fit nothing personal at all.
