He was able to install our new water heater on the same day that we noticed our old one was leaking. He picked up the new one from Home Depot and hauled away the old one. My only complaint is the total price was higher than originally agreed, but I understand that it's sometimes difficult to quote a project without seeing it first. Overall happy and would hire again.
