- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We kind of have a standard pricing system but it can vary slightly depending on the type of job. For example if you have a 1 acre property to mow that is flat and not much weed trimming we would normally quote that differently than if you have a one acre property with a fenced in back yard and a lot of weed trimming.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I really enjoy new customers. I like to find out what it is they are looking to do with their landscape. We all have different ideas even though we live in similar places. Once I am able to understand what it is they are looking to accomplish I cant wait to get started and give the customer exactly what they are looking for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have almost 9 years experience with landscape installation and maintenance. The only thing we don't do is install hardscapes. We specialize in turf and landscape maintenance.
