We are a family business that love what we do- satisfying the customers. We take pride in the work we do as far as cleaning your carpet, upholstery and tile and grout. We enjoy meeting new people and educating our customers as to why a good cleaning is needed. Our starting price to come out to do a job is $150. *To secure the date of cleaning. A 10% deposit will be needed so as to lock in the appointment. At the conclusion of the service the remaining balance of 90% of the agreed upon service fee will be due. Deposits are non refundable up to 2 appointment changes for the client with visits. And will be refunded if changes are made from Steam Logic. We offer 3 Packages: Standard, Medium Soiled & Heavily Soiled. Based off the details provided to us for each job we will provide the prices for each package and offer our recommended package.
