- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unless it's a basic clear cut job scope I usually don't quote without looking at the job first - who can? I just send my contact info and discuss the job over the phone or I go out and provide a free quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide them with all of my contact and licensing information and take time to let them know how I do business so they are comfortable with using me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went through a five year electrical apprenticeship program.
