Overall everything was perfect. The original person planning quit on us 2 weeks before the baby shower. We gave her the theme and she did a phenomenal job. We couldn’t have asked for a better planner and with the amount of time given, the event came out better than we could ever imagine. The best planner hands down, and we appreciate what she did for us.
I have to say this was the easiest party I’ve ever thrown!! Konfident Kreations came through and made our vision come to light!! Set up was punctual and perfect I really loved everything about the whole process start to finish! I would recommend this company to all my family and friends and will definitely be using them again!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer monthly promos at times. We also offer a 10% off discount for decor packages with first time clients.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A questionnaire form to gather as much information as possible about your event and then a consultation. If the customer decides to book an invoice will be sent with all of the details discussed. A deposit of half is due at the time of booking to secure the event date. Once deposit is paid, planning process begins. The remaining balance is due 10days prior to the event.
