Rob and his crew were great to work with! Scope of work and timeline were communicated clearly and even when the timeline shifted slightly this was openly discussed. Quality of work was excellent and exactly what we needed! Will definitely be reaching out for future home projects.

KMA completely remodeled my home for me! I could not be happier with the quality of the work! Every single person that comes into my home compliments the floors, paint color, kitchen, bathrooms, etc! Rob was unethical and dishonest. He collected over $800 from me last spring to put in two windows and a door, then only put in the windows. He kept saying that he just needed to order the door and then he'd put it in, but now it's November and he still hasn't put it in or given me a refund. Over and over I've had to call and text him, just for him to tell me he'd get things in place and then get back to me within a few day. Then he wouldn't get back to me, I'd call again, and he'd put me off again. This has been going on for 5 months. I don't believe a word he says now and it's obvious that he's just taken my money and run. I paid $800+ for him to put in two windows and put me off for 5 months. Don't go anywhere near him.

Kate, I think a big part of the issue here is a miscommunication between you and your husband. The items you stated we were hired to fix/repair is clearly not on our work scope. We never replaced windows at your property and the work scope called for us to repair your screen door. We completed every item on the work scope agreed to by your husband. In addition, we took care of a few items that were not on the work scope at the request of your husband at no charge. I have even offered to refund the cost of a door replacement to you as a gesture of good faith. Kate the cost of the scope of work you stated isn't even correct. I understand you perception is we didn't finish the job correctly but before you blast someone publicly it is appropriate to have all of the facts straight before you do that. Again, as a good will gesture I am willing to refund the cost of the screen door as that seems to be what you are upset about.
