The value of our inspections will far exceed the cost. We price our professional Home Inspections at competitive rates. Thru the end of the year we are offering FREE RADON AIR SAMPLING TESTS
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At our first communication I ask you for information about the property you're having inspected, it's location and if there are any concerns you have about the condition. You'll learn about me & the inspection process. We will setup a time that's convenient for you to meet at the property to accomplish the detailed inspections. (usually 2.5 - 3 hours)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over the course of my life I have always been involved with Building & inspections of all kinds. In 1982 I received a degree in "Building & Construction Structural engineering and have been in the field since then building, & remodeling homes. I currently am a State licensed General Contractor & Home Builder. I also am listed on the Federal HUD 203(k) home renovation consultant (P.1969) I belong to many inspection associations
