The woman they sent to clean was nice and polite. However, the clean took 7 hours and it was cleaned at the bare minimum. First she was late, and although this was communiacated it impacted my day and was an inconvenience. The bathroom floor was not clean throughly and there are spots where I have to go behind to scrub. The vanity/night stand mirror was not cleeaned until I asked. The table was not wiped down at all in the inside. The other night stand in the bathroom was not cleaned. I was unaware that beds being made was not included which is odd as this is not my first time having my house cleaned. But she attempted in the main bedroom. She simply pulled the covers up which was odd. My daughter’s bedroom was fine. On the main level the bookshelf was not dusted or wiped. The stove in the kitchen was not throughly clean and none of the appliances were wiped down. None of the trash on any level was emptied. The basement coffee table remained untouched. The rugs were vacuumed but not effectively, as there were still things on the carpets. Lastly the glass tables in the living room and dining room and the mirror were smudged and not properly cleaned. For it to have taken so long I expected perfection. I am disappoinnted as I was hopeful to find a consistent house keeper.
