Introduction: I offer a superior level of customer service. My training style is a unique Personal Training experience that you won't find it a typical big box gym setting. My clients come first and I will always make them my number one priority when it comes to them achieving the goals they set out to accomplish. When a client of mine reaches one of their goals they've worked hard to attain, it makes my job that much more rewarding. I get to help people on a daily basis elevate their level of fitness and overall health. That is worth it.

I trained with Alex for a month working to rehab my ACL and prepare for my upcoming college lacrosse season. I came to him looking to strengthen my muscles, improve my cardiovascular shape, and work on agility. Not only did I leave with these goals accomplished, but through my training I learned to trust my knee, regaining my confidence on the field. Although I only worked with Alex for a short time, it was clear that from the start that he was invested in helping me prepare for the season. Every workout Alex designed was innovative and challenging, pushing me to my limits and leaving me exhausted, but feeling accomplished. He was very aware of my limits and was patient in working with me to develop proper technique or find creative ways to modify a drill. Even on off days he held me accountable, checking in and sending workout reminders and motivational comments. As I left to go back to college he designed an individualized plan to continue rehabbing on my own. Thanks to Alex I went into the season in top shape and made it through the year without any problems!

I have known Alex for many years and when I found out he was a personal trainer, I decided to use him. I was preparing for a 100 mile backpacking trip through the Rocky Mountains and knew I needed to lose weight and get in shape. Alex helped me lose about 45 pounds over the course of 10 months and get into the best shape I have been in years and years. Not only did he help me with exercise, but he was very helpful in creating a diet and lifestyle that allowed me to maintain that weight. It has been almost 2 years since I lost that weight and I have been able to keep it off due to the things Alex has taught me. I would recommend him in a heartbeat!

As a Police Officer I needed to meet at different times due to my shift work schedule. Alex was able to be flexible and willing to accommodate me. I like how Alex would hold me accountable for getting my workout done on days that we didn't have a session scheduled. Alex seemed to genuinely care about not only my fitness goals but personal, and work related goals as well. He has a pretty good memory and will ask you follow up questions, so if you tell him you are going to do something, you better do it because he WILL ask you about it. The only reason he's not my trainer anymore is because I moved to Arizona.

Alex is a very good results-oriented trainer. He's persistent but perceptive about your physical abilities and limitations. He pushes you to meet your goals but not at the cost of hurting yourself. He's also very personable which takes the edge off of sometimes strenuous sessions.

Alex is an excellent trainer that is conscience of my schedule and personal fitness goals. He accommodates me and creates workouts that fit my level of experience, but pushes me to advance to the next step. He also works with me on diet and nutrition. I look forward to my sessions each week!
