When I had an issue with a gas odor, Mr. Daniel came right over and inspected my utility room even though it was a Sunday evening. He encouraged me to call the gas company promptly which I did. Had Mr. Daniel not been so responsive to my concern, I may have delayed the call to the gas company. I am thankful for his responsiveness and concern for my safety.
