Really great experience! I paid a LOT more for similar services when purchased my house, but the bait used for the mice in my attic this time around is highly effective. Very easy to schedule a visit, timely, and courteous every time. Will def pay him for any additional pest control I need.

Bob was great. He helped get squirrels out of our attic and closed up the entry points. Alim a very timely manner. He didn’t charge us until the job was done and even came back out when we thought the squirrels had returned. Overall, it was a great experience. Would recommend him and this company to others.

Bob arrived on time, and explained clearly where the roaches might be coming from and gave helpful tips on how to prevent them from getting in again. He applied both spray and bait thoroughly. Very professional and informative—highly recommend!
I discovered two bedbugs on my mattress this past week and had several bites. It was a psychological nightmare and I was getting very little sleep, waking anytime I felt anything on my skin. I took apart and cleaned the whole room but I couldn’t find anything. I contacted Bob who quoted me a reasonable price, was very professional and patient, and spent an hour and a half cleaning my bedroom, living room, and inspecting my furniture. He discovered a couple nymphs in my bed frame and reassured me that there wasn’t an infestation. He also promised to come back at no charge if I discovered more bedbugs. His work ethic and professional manner really put my mind at ease.

Pricing is estimated on a per job bases. Most job are set at fixed pricing with few exceptions. The exceptions are explained prior to starting job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introduce myself and explain all the details involved in resolving their particular pest issues. Most customers want to know what is involved in their specific pest issues and how it will be resolved.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm licensed, so there is ongoing continuing education that I'm required to keep up with. I subscribe to several resources that keeps me current with the industry trends.
