Loved working with David. I had gotten two other quotes for the work that were both a bit high (given my dad's knowledge of this particular issue) David did the job efficiently and at a competitive price. He also made me feel comfortable that he knew what he was doing and took the time to explain what had gone wrong. He didn't treat me like a child, which some other vendors had, and was just very kind and courteous. I will use David for as long as he'll work for me because he was honest, hardworking, and efficient. He even ran out to home depot to get a different part since the part he brought was too small. He didn't charge me extra for this extra trip or the extra piece he had to purchase - that's a great vendor. His wife who came along as his helper was so incredibly sweet and helpful - you could tell they are a great team and a great couple.

My pricing varies on whether I am providing the fixtures or the customer will. Other than that, I try to be competitive.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Treat them with respect. Engage them with the knowledge of the project your there to do. Give them options on pricing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I did a 5 year apprenticeship program with Plumbers and Pipefitters Local 5. I am also a master gas fitter. I am backflow certified.
