- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing varies on whether I am providing the fixtures or the customer will. Other than that, I try to be competitive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Treat them with respect. Engage them with the knowledge of the project your there to do. Give them options on pricing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I did a 5 year apprenticeship program with Plumbers and Pipefitters Local 5. I am also a master gas fitter. I am backflow certified.
