Our appointment was scheduled for 10am, and at five after we received a text saying she was on her way. She ended up being nearly an hour late, and brought along an assistant who is clearly a minor. In replacing a design element (ceiling fan) she simply purchased a new one, rather than giving us an option to do so ourselves to select a new style. In the end, though, the work was done quickly and thoroughly, the process explained clearly, and the price more than fair. We would have appreciated a heads up about her assistant - and awareness about whose liability he would be if he were to injure himself on the "job" for example - and more discussion about fan replacement options, but we are so pleased with the quality and value of the work we will happily hire her again.

Our Booking was between the hours of 10-11am, and I was courteous and professional enough to call when I drove into an unexpected traffic back up. Before I purchased anything, I explained in your absence to your husband of what was needed to complete the job and there were no discrepancies or asking of choice. When I travel to any job an assistant accompanies me and are totally my responsibility/liability if any...and upon arrival on any job of which I am accompanied, my assistants are properly introduced to whom ever is handling the request at that time or visible occupants. One of the most important parts of my business is trying to educate and teach a skill to teens on work study of interest. Your situation was quite intense beyond your request posted considering several contractors refused the work before hand... Again I thank you for the opportunity in assisting with your immediate concerns and hopeful I will be of assistance to you in the near future.

I needed the master bathroom tub hardware (hot/cold water handles and shower head) to be changed out to new ones. Samantha and her Brother were very professional and also suggested that it may be good to add shut off valves to the pipes behind the tub so we wouldn't have to shut off the water in the entire house. I agreed and we added that to the scope of work. It took 4 hours including the trip to Home Depot (for the parts that were needed). All in all...great experience.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do offer discounts to my pricing... mostly waiver of service/travel fees for first-time customers, depending on location I also depending on the longevity of customer relationships offer discounts. I do offer estimates with a $30 service fee that if hired will be waived.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I assist the customer with exploring options and trying to be as economical as possible with respect to their desires
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in all facets of the industry truly over 30 years to be exact. I have worked in the industry in Commercially/Residential as Supervisor, Director, and Operations Manager before branching independently. I am HVAC through RETS Technical institute, MDE LEAD Removal/inspection Licensed, Licensed Contractor in Home/ Business repairs and improvements and an Inspector of which I dedicate a lot of time for the State weekly. **Plumbing, electrical, masonry, drywall, carpentry, painting, locksmithing, blueprint reading and even decorating.
