She is very professional, She came out and did and overall inspection of the job and explain to me in detail what needed to be done to do the job right. She also has great communication skills. She was able to work with my schedule and she is very reasonably priced. I love the service she provided to me. Everything was neat clean and organized. Great Job!!!!!!!!!

I cannot praise this lady enough. Professional, hard working, smart, and excellent with every type of repair. Samantha & Anthony came out on Sunday and stayed all day completing several very difficult repairs. I plan to hire this company for all of my home repairs in the future.

Had a great opportunity to experience MissUniqueHome/ Business Repair. I had plumbing issues and needed two shut off valves: 1. to the toilet and 1. for an exterior hose. I have an older house and Samantha replaced the parts with the most updated versions: a ball lever for the exterior and a 1/4 turn valve for the toilet where I would have no worries for years and years to come. I am pleased with the choices. Professional and knowledgeable! I would recommend and certainly use her again.

I cannot say enough about the great experience I had with Miss Unique Home/Business Repairs. I have had some not ideal experiences with other Thumbtack service providers, and this experience was the complete opposite.
Samantha, communicated promptly, was able to provide me with complete details of the service, her time of arrival, and managed my expectations for the project. When Samantha arrived, she assessed our plumbing situation and provided detail on the repair process and the timeline to complete. Our repair took multiple days that spanned a holiday weekend, but Samantha was able there to complete the project. Samantha replaced our gaskets on two toilets (she provided the gaskets), she diagnosed our leaking ceiling and made appropriate repairs to fix the issue. Her pricing was ½ of what we were quoted by a popular regional plumbing service.
After this great experience, I have Samantha on speed-dial. Miss Unique Home/Business Repairs will be the first person I call with any plumbing needs!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do offer discounts to my pricing... mostly waiver of service/travel fees for first-time customers, depending on location I also depending on the longevity of customer relationships offer discounts. I do offer estimates with a $30 service fee that if hired will be waived.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I assist the customer with exploring options and trying to be as economical as possible with respect to their desires
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in all facets of the industry truly over 30 years to be exact. I have worked in the industry in Commercially/Residential as Supervisor, Director, and Operations Manager before branching independently. I am HVAC through RETS Technical institute, MDE LEAD Removal/inspection Licensed, Licensed Contractor in Home/ Business repairs and improvements and an Inspector of which I dedicate a lot of time for the State weekly. **Plumbing, electrical, masonry, drywall, carpentry, painting, locksmithing, blueprint reading and even decorating.
