I needed a pipe under the kitchen sink repaired immediately as it started leaking. I also had another pipe in the basement to be replaced, new shut off valve to be installed and had no hot water pressure in one of the showers. I got a response from Osaro within minutes with a price estimate. Although it was Sunday they were ready to come within 3h. I had to run an errand but they were flexible to arrive later in the afternoon. They arived on time, with parts already purchased. They were done with all repairs in less than 2h and didn't charge me to fix the problem with the water pressure, which I appreciated. They worked fast and efficient, cleaned up after the job. They were very professional but also kind, respectful and polite. I didn't have to pay extra for weekend or same day service. I highly recommend Osaro and I'l most certainly use their services whenever I need a plumber in the future.

Cox plumbing was extremely flexible and offered same day quote and service support. The team provided work estimates and adapted to new challenges discovered with the pipe issue with reasonable costs for additional parts and minor service adjustments. Would highly recommend for plumbing related service and plan to hire them again for a subsequent fix to our homes main plumbing line. Thank you Cox plumbing for the great service!

Absolutely thrilled I found Cox Plumbing through Thumbtack. I had received a ridiculous quote from Lowe’s partner service for what should have been a very straightforward water heater swap, so I started looking for a better local option and found Cox Plumbing. Osaro was fantastic from start to finish: responsive, professional, kind, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with on scheduling. He helped me get the job turned around quickly, communicated clearly, and did high-quality work at a very reasonable rate. I’m a bit of a do-it-yourselfer, so I have a pretty good sense of when something is done right — and this was done right. Everything looked clean, professional, and well handled. I’m very happy I found them through the app and would absolutely use them again. Highly recommend.

Had a tub that was leaking, reached out to Cox Plumbing and they responded right away stating they can be at my home to repair it! Demetri (plumber) was commutative to his exact arrival time. He diagnosed the issue within minutes upon arrival! Explained to me the two options but indicated option 1 is the issue. The price was reasonable considering you have to pay for ignorance AND peace of mind. Amazing job for the simple fact that the issue is resolved ON A SUNDAY!!
