Ke came the same day and completed the work replaced both water valves, I was able to use my machine will be having him do more work in the futrue.

Had a great overall experience - Everet had reached out to me within 30 minutes of my message, and had scheduled a call with me shortly after that same night. Additionally, he worked with me on the phone to troubleshoot my Nest/heater issue before dispatching his technicians the next day. Both Everet and his employees were very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and made sure my issue was completely fixed before leaving.

I had a gas leak at my home, and had Erwin out here to examine the gas lines and do any replacement work, if needed. He was very knowledgeable, as well as very thorough in explaining the next steps/any follow up. He came from a previous job that caused a minor delay, and I appreciated that he kept me up to date his arrival time. Very reasonable pricing as well, and I would use their services again.

I was having new floors installed within two days and needed my gas stove and refrigerator water line shut off. Ke Industrial promptly responded to my request. Ever came out the next day (7 pm) shut off the appliances and returned the very next day, after the floors were installed (@ 7:30 pm) and reconnected everything. Thank you Ever and Ke Industrial Services for a job well done!!
