I was having new floors installed within two days and needed my gas stove and refrigerator water line shut off. Ke Industrial promptly responded to my request. Ever came out the next day (7 pm) shut off the appliances and returned the very next day, after the floors were installed (@ 7:30 pm) and reconnected everything. Thank you Ever and Ke Industrial Services for a job well done!!

We were having a hard time getting our furnace/heat on in the house. We had hired someone else before finding these men, and they could not figure out the problem. When I reached out to this company, they came out the same day and new the issue right away, he ordered the part himself and sent another technician out in two day our heat was back on and they made sure everything was working properly before he left. Both techs from this company that came out were very professional. Would hire again.

Had a great overall experience - Everet had reached out to me within 30 minutes of my message, and had scheduled a call with me shortly after that same night. Additionally, he worked with me on the phone to troubleshoot my Nest/heater issue before dispatching his technicians the next day. Both Everet and his employees were very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and made sure my issue was completely fixed before leaving.
