I was in line to get a drink and snacks. By the time I got back to my seat, the fight was over. Yes, we have heard something like this before. I had my cup of coffee and before I could sit down, the technician (Fade) was done in 5 minutes flat. He had to replace the oven's heating element. Sonic Appliances Services is definitely a keeper.

A knowledgeable, honest & very respectful appliance repairman who came by to fix our Samsung dryer & quickly on the spot, with readily available parts in his van fixed the problem! He even granted my request to give me a little discount when showed the bill. Also, I asked to check our other appliances needing a fix & oblige giving a quick labor & parts estimate. It's without doubt this appliance repair co. has now became our preference to fix our broken appliances from now on. Good job thumbstack for finding such reliable & good people. Thank you.

A very nice man showed up on time as scheduled. He quickly determined what was wrong with our freezer. However the cost of parts and labor made the repair half the cost of a new frig. So we opted to buy a new refrigerator. We were grateful to get the repair information so we knew what to do next.
