Dean was great! I knew what was wrong with my washer, so I had already bought the drum springs for replacement in my Samsung washer that I bought in 2021. He was done in all of 15 minutes. It was a great experience! Worth the price, because I didn’t think I could do it myself. I easily scheduled online and he responded within an hour or two and accepted my repair request. I will definitely be reaching out again if I have an issue and referring him to anyone who needs an appliance repair.
