Mr. Wylie kept me informed of his status throughout the day of appointment. Kept focused on work of removing and installing microwave. Very efficient. With his Sears background he knew how to tackle work at hand. In and out in less than an hour. Good work ethic. I will definitely call on him again for appliance help. He knows what he's doing.
