I'm very appreciated Jonathan for his work, he did a great job. I was moving to new apartment and carpet was very dirty after previous tenants. He cleaned everything very quick and good.

We are very happy with Mr. Gray and his assistant's services. They stood true to their "lightning quick" name, offering quality cleaning of our basement carpet, including very tough wine stains. They were honest, respectful, and reasonably priced. Mr. Gray returned to our home following our first appointment in order to tackle the wine stains once more. The results were more than we could ask for. We're very grateful for his willingness to satisfy his customers and we will definitely request his services again in the future. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I use a flat rate service, different rooms have a specific price. Master bedrooms $45.00. Regular bedrooms $35.00. Family room,Living rooms, Dining rooms $ 45.00. Basements $55.00 to $65.00,Stairs are $3.00 per step , set of 15 is $45.00. I don't charge extra for spot removal, scotch guard or deodorizing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically new customers contact us , we determine their specific need , finalize a price, and determine the date and time the service will be completed. We are pretty flexible (24/7).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Attended training from IICRC for carpet cleaning training and water damage restoration.
