- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I use a flat rate service, different rooms have a specific price. Master bedrooms $45.00. Regular bedrooms $35.00. Family room,Living rooms, Dining rooms $ 45.00. Basements $55.00 to $65.00,Stairs are $3.00 per step , set of 15 is $45.00. I don't charge extra for spot removal, scotch guard or deodorizing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically new customers contact us , we determine their specific need , finalize a price, and determine the date and time the service will be completed. We are pretty flexible (24/7).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Attended training from IICRC for carpet cleaning training and water damage restoration.
