What an awesome experience with Jerome of Universal Cleaning Carpet & Floor Care. They arrived on time, pretreated and steam cleaned my tenants empty apartment carpet, They removed the heavily soiled areas, which I was not sure were even possible. They were very professional, informative and understood good customer service. I highly recommend them and will be using them again!

I can’t say enough great things about Universal Cleaning Carpet & Floor Care. We hired them to clean our carpet that had pet stains on it! They did such an amazing job!
