They were extremely polite, professional and efficient. There was a thunderstorm on the day of my scheduled appointment. The guys got soaked coming into my house. However, they took care to remove soaked footwear to ensure that my hardwood surfaces were protected. Then they went to work on my carpet. My carpets looks almost new after they cleaned. They were able to remove the imbedded stains my stairs. Also Beverly was friendly, responsive and flexible. She was rescheduled my appointment several times. I will be using Universal again.
