My mom picked up some little coffee cakes or cinnamon sugar bread for me over the weekend. I'm not quite sure the name of the dessert, but it's absolutely delicious. I told myself I was going to just eat half of one of the coffee cakes and I couldn't stop and ate the whole thing . Really good and glad it's gluten free because I need that!!!

It is hard to find such moist gluten free cakes. I had the surprise pleasure of trying some at the Asian Pacific Islander festival in Fairfax City, I am a big fan an Blended Desserts will be my go to from now on.

I have never been to this location I was lucky enough to find them at the Timonium Fairgrounds. The raspberry oatmeal bars are delicious.
