This is my first time using Thumbtack and I am extremely happy I ran across Wilson's Complete package. Dell exceeded my expectations. He responded quickly to my request of service. He came on time, was super professional and the most pleasant person to talk to. He looked at my HVAC system to see why it was not heating. Other company quoted me around $6,000 to fix the issue and $12,000 to buy a whole new unit. Dell check it up for me, not only did he found the same problems the other companies found, but he gave me a much better and cheaper solution. He just completed the job today and I could not be happier. My house is now warm and cozy and the AC is working as well. Could not be more thankful to Dell. I am looking forward to keep using him and the company for other issues around my home.

Dell responded quickly to my inquiry and came out to fix my dryer exhaust vent and hose within a few days. He arrived on time and replaced the hose and vent efficiently, and at a reasonable cost. Highly recommended!

Dell responded to my request quickly and came out punctually and on time. We communicated regularly and he quickly diagnosed the issue. After I received the estimate, Dell and I set up a time for he and his crew to come out and take care of my duct repair. He came out the morning (early even!) to get business taken care of-only took about 90 mins start to finish. He got into a scary crawl space beneath my condo and reattached the duct and provided some much needed insulation. The air flow is already vastly improved. It isn't cold today so I don't have long term results yet, but I can already tell that the air flow is going to be better. Will contact Dell again to help manage my HVAC needs. He's friendly, funny and professional. So far, so good!

Can't recall the last time I did 5 star review but this one is so deserved. Wilson Complete Package is the complete package. I wanted to choose all the buttons but could only pick 3. Just a really great experience and a job well done (heat pump motor replacement). If you are looking for hvac work this is the company. If you read this, stop looking. Really.

This is one of the best experiences I have had. I explained the challenges I was having and they quickly developed a plan that would address my issues. They came a day early did the repair and left my house in great condition. I will be definitely using them again. I strongly recommend using them.
