I would highly recommend Paul. He responded quickly to my initial task order, and then when provided with specifics of my computer, proposed a plan and his cost/rate. He offered to pick up my laptop and do the repairs and return it, but when I said I was more comfortable with a home visit, he had no trouble with that. He was great at explaining the issues and his solution. For my task he estimated 2 hours, but when it took longer, he didn’t change the price. He was very professional in all aspects. Mr. Avalon responded quickly. I had spoke to 2 companies who wanted me to bring the computers to them. Mr. Avalon came to my home with a mask, sat down at my desktop and ran a diagnostic to find the problem. Mr. Avalon fixed my desktop and set up my grandson's desktop and ran a diagnostic on it. Now, both systems are working and they are both connected to 1 printer, thanks to Mr. Avalon's skills and knowledge. My experience with Paul and Cyber Avalon was great. He was responsive, professional, and accommodating to our needs. He reviewed the project ahead of time, made sure that we had all of the compatible parts and did a great job in the install for the upgrade to my son’s gaming system. He even went a step beyond in assisting us with changing our antivirus to one that would work better and in explaining some additional things to my son prior to and during the install.
