Mr. Avalon responded quickly. I had spoke to 2 companies who wanted me to bring the computers to them. Mr. Avalon came to my home with a mask, sat down at my desktop and ran a diagnostic to find the problem. Mr. Avalon fixed my desktop and set up my grandson's desktop and ran a diagnostic on it. Now, both systems are working and they are both connected to 1 printer, thanks to Mr. Avalon's skills and knowledge. He found the problem with 2 computers in a timely manner and the cost was reasonable. Thank you sir!

I would add value & punctuality to this review, but I could only select three likes. After my part arrived, Cyber Avalon informed me, then picked up & delivered my laptop within 2 hours. It’s been a few hours since he completed the repair & so far so good!
