- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing reflects my high level of knowledge and motivation to complete the work done fast! The quicker I can resolve your issues, the less amount of downtime you will experience - and that is cost effective for you! Costs may reflect travel, time and level of work involved. All will be broken down so that you understand what you're paying for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is to communicate with customer to ensure delivery of work exceeds expectations. First impression is important. I take my work very serious and will ensure scope of work is delivered as promised.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am in my senior year for obtaining BS in Information Systems. I am Network + Certified. I've succesfully completed traiing courses in Sharepoint 2013 on premise and online and Windows Server 2012. I've completed certification in NISPOM for Defense Security Services level work.
